At the Official Tomorrowland Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest designated carrier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
